Writing: The provided study data, methods, analyses, and conclusions are organized into a well-structured document which includes appropriate figures, tables and references. The abstract, text (introduction, methods, results, discussion, and conclusions), figure legends, tables, figures and references will be formatted according to the guidelines of the chosen journal or meeting.
Substantive editing: Substantive editing checks and improves the overall structure and information in the manuscript to present a well-organized, logically presented description and analysis of the subject. In many cases, some information in the current draft may be deemed tangential to the immediate subject, and additional information pertinent to the subject may be needed. In my case, I also include copyediting with the substantive editing services.
Copyediting: Copyediting improves English grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, syntax, formatting to style guidelines, and choice of words and phrases in the manuscript. Note that this service is included in the writing and substantive writing services.
